    The Target Range Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization made up of volunteer parents, grandparents, guardians of students, and staff. The PTO helps students and staff by providing support for educational, safety and extracurricular needs. Support we have provided in the past includes:

    • purchasing lockers/cubbies
    • providing iPads, Chromebooks & accessories
    • buying classroom supplies
    • supporting field trips
    • supporting Accelerated Reader Program
    • replacing lost or damaged books
    • bringing the MCT play to school

    Unlike a PTA, there are no membership dues and no obligation for involvement. Complete this short membership form to be added to our email list and tell us how you would like to be involved.


    Members can indicate how much or how little they are able to be involved with PTO. Members can attend meetings and help with events.  Occasionally, members will be asked to vote via email on expeditures or initiatives.


    The Target Range PTO has four officer positions, President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. Officer positions are a two year term. President: Paula Williams; Vice President: Bethany Morris; Secretary: Jennifer Meyer-Vaughan; Treasurer: Meagan Auch


    The PTO meets once a month to discuss events, plan fundraisers and share ideas.  Meetings are kid-friendly and times vary to accommodate members’ work and personal schedules. Below, check our events for the most up-to-date meeting schedule.

    Back to School Potluck and Hoedown

    September 17th
    Five on Black Fundraiser. Eat at either location between 3-8pm and a portion of sales goes to the PTO

    September 25th

    Deadline for ordering TR apparel.  Wear your tiger pride!

    September 27th

    Individual and Class Pictures

    October 2nd-3rd
    Staff Dinners.  Bring a potluck item to feed TR staff during Parent-Teacher conferences.

    October 3rd
    General PTO Meeting at 8:40am.

    October 25th
    Trunk or Treat. Decorate a trunk for Halloween or bring your kiddos to trick-or-treat in the school parking lot.

    November 7th
    General PTO meeting at 6:30pm.

    November 14th

    Missoula Children's Theatre - Tryouts, Rehearsals and Performance of Peter and Wendy

    April or May
    Pizza Delivery. Teacher's deliver pizza to your house! A portion of sales and all tips go to teachers for their classrooms
