About me
My name is Anne Swentik and I love teaching 4th grade at Target Range School. I have my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and my Master of Science in Science Education. Unsurprisingly, my favorite subject is science. I am lucky that my job includes getting to spend my days with amazing 4th grade learners!
I am originally from Alaska and love spending my summers back home with my family. We love to be outdoors as much as possible! My husband and I have 2 daughters, Evelyn and Norah. We like to ski, trail run, and mountain bike, as well as snuggle up with a good book and our dogs at our favorite forest service cabin. I am grateful that Montana offers such opportunities to get out in nature!
What you can expect in 4th grade this year:
Weekly Reading
Why? Reading gives access to vocabulary and comprehension . All students benefit from reading 20 minutes a day to grow as learners.
When? Outside of school, every day possible, about 20 minutes a day.
