I live in Missoula and enjoy being outside as much as possible, especially fishing, gardening, camping, skiing, hiking, ice fishing and taking my dog for a walk or a run. I love reading and am usually on the hunt for a new book to sink my teeth into. My wife is an 8th grade teacher, and I am also a parent of a 4th grader. Every summer and fall you can find me hoping beyond hope that the Seattle Mariners will finally make it to the World Series.

My lessons and groups focus on cooperation, problem solving, and conflict resolution, or another topic that a student or a class may be needing at that time. For the younger grades, we learn and practice a variety of choices and skills to use when we have a disagreement or a problem. For the upper elementary grades, we work together on developing friendships, using respectful behaviors, and developing resiliency to be a better learners.

While I am not always in my office, I check my voicemails daily, and I can also be reached easily by email.
